Sarah Millard
Sarah gained an LLB (hons) degree from the University of Glamorgan, before going on to qualify as a solicitor in 1996. She has over 16 years experience in her chosen field of family law handling both privately funded and legally aided family and childcare cases.
Sarah’s work encompasses all aspects of family law including divorce and financial settlements/civil partnership, domestic violence issues and co-habitation disputes.
Sarah specialises in children matters to include private and public law issues, with a particular interest in representing parents in care proceedings. She has experience with complex non accidental injury cases and has also been instructed by the official solicitor.
Sarah has dealt with adoption and international child abduction and also has experience in representing and assisting grandparents in obtaining contact with, residence or special guardianship of their grandchildren.
Sarah was awarded Partnership status within the firm on 1st May 2021.
